Meet the Founder of Nutritionally Delish, Donna Lee
The journey toward understanding sustainable weight loss and holistic nutrition has gained significant traction as more individuals seek lasting health solutions. Quick-fix diets and cleanses may promise rapid results, but they often fail to foster a healthy relationship with food and can lead to cycles of deprivation and overeating.
Embracing nourishing foods means focusing on a balanced diet rich in whole, minimally processed ingredients that provide the body with essential nutrients. This approach not only supports weight management but also enhances overall well-being, energy levels and mental clarity. THIS is what inspired me to pursue a Master of Science in Human Nutrition, graduating cum laude from the University of Bridgeport.

My Training
Before my masters' program, I earned a certificate as an Integrative Holistic Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. This transformative training exposed me to hundreds of dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods, guided by some of the world's leading health experts including Dr. Andrew Weil, Director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine; Dr. Deepak Chopra, leader in the field of mind-body medicine; Dr. David Katz, Director of Yale University’s Prevention Research Center; Dr. Walter Willet, Chair of Nutrition at Harvard University; and Geneen Roth, bestselling author and emotional eating expert.
With a solid foundation in clinical and functional nutrition, along with holistic health coaching, I empower clients to make meaningful lifestyle changes that lead to lasting results. My additional credentials include a Fitness Certification from Hunter College, CUNY, and memberships with the International Association of Heath Coaches and the American Association of Drugless Practictioners.
